Generate consistent characters and scenes in Flow

Step-by-step

1. Open Flow and enable the image creation feature in Settings
2. Set the aspect ratio to 9 by 16 and select the 'nano banana pro' model
3. Paste character prompts from ChatGPT into Flow and generate images with plain white backgrounds
4. Return to ChatGPT and type 'continue' to generate a list of scene prompts
5. Copy a scene prompt and paste it into the Flow prompt section
6. Identify which characters are in the scene and click the 'Reference' button to select their previously generated character images
7. Click generate to create the scene using the character references for consistency
8. Repeat the process for all remaining scene prompts

Watch out for

• Character images must include a plain white background to be used effectively as references later

• Use the 'nano banana pro' model as it is highly optimized for this process
• Ensure character images show the full body for better reference quality
• Generating all characters first allows you to maintain visual consistency across different narrative scenes
