Step-by-step
- Locate the pink highlighted hesitations or pauses in the transcription
- Click the drop-down arrow in the top left corner to open Suggested Edits
- Select Delete All Hesitations to remove them from the audio and transcript
- Select Shorten All Pauses to reduce the duration of gaps
- Adjust the pause duration settings and click OK
- Hover over edit marker lines and select Restore Audio to revert changes if needed
Options
- Silence All Hesitations instead of deleting them to replace audio with silence
- Restore audio back to the original recording using the non-destructive editor
