Adobe Audition: Text-based audio editing in Adobe Podcast Studio

Step-by-step

1. Click New Project in the Adobe Podcast Studio dashboard.
2. Click Untitled to rename the project.
3. Click Start Recording and speak your audio.
4. Review the automatically generated transcript.
5. Identify dots in the transcript that signify pauses or delays.
6. Click a dot or highlight a text span containing mistakes.
7. Press the Delete key on your keyboard or click the on-screen Delete button to remove the audio.
