Step-by-step

Click Layout packs on the left side of the Descript drive
Click New layout pack in the top right corner
Select Remix gallery layout pack to generate a branded set of layouts
Choose a starting color scheme from the dropdown menu
Customize primary text, accent text, and background colors using the color picker or hex codes
Set the font, weight, and capitalization for Title, Subtitle, and Text categories
Enter a name for the pack and select a sharing level
Click Create layout pack and wait for the process to complete
Click Save layout pack to finalize

Options

Start from scratch instead of using a gallery remix
Adjust color transparency using the transparency slider
Add custom fonts or fonts from the Google library
Set sharing level to Private, Share with drive, or Share publicly

Tips

I recommend using the remix gallery layout pack because it creates 122 layouts in your branding automatically
Use hex codes if you have specific colors for your brand
Use 'Black' weight for titles to make them as bold as possible
Use 'All caps' for titles if you want them to really stand out
