Step-by-step

  1. Drag the seeker to the start of the section you want to remove
  2. Click the scissors icon or press the 'S' key to split the clip
  3. Drag the seeker to the end point of the section you want to remove
  4. Click the split icon again to create a middle segment
  5. Click on the middle clip to highlight it in green
  6. Press Delete on your keyboard
  7. Hover over the resulting gap and click the trash can icon to remove it

Options

  • Use the 'S' key on your keyboard as a shortcut for the split action

Tips

  • Ensure the clip highlights in green before deleting to verify you have selected the correct segment
