Step-by-step

Hover over a clip and click Add to Scene to enter Scenebuilder

Drag the handles on the timeline to trim clips

Click the plus button above the playhead to save a specific frame for future generation
Rearrange clips in the sequence using the rearrange button
Click the download button to export the finished scene
