Configure Google AI Studio for video generation

Step-by-step

1. Log in to Google AI Studio using a Google account
2. Click on the video generation button on the left-hand side
3. Verify that the Veo 2 model is selected in the model dropdown
4. Click to connect the tool with your Google Drive and select Confirm
5. Select the desired aspect ratio (Horizontal or Vertical) on the right-hand side
6. Adjust the video duration slider to either 5 or 8 seconds

Options

• Switch to Vertical aspect ratio for mobile-friendly short-form videos
• Reduce video duration to 5 seconds for faster generation speeds
• Access past prompts and generations via the History tab

Watch out for

• You must connect your Google Drive to use the video generation feature
• Frame rate and resolution settings cannot be changed currently

• Use the 16:9 aspect ratio for content intended for regular screens
• Subscribe to the channel or view previous videos to learn about the chat and image generation modalities
