- Click on the Upload tab on the left-hand side menu
- Select an image, video, or audio file from your computer to upload
- Click on the uploaded asset to insert it into the project
- Select the image to reveal the corner handles
- Drag the handles to adjust the size
- Click and drag the asset to position it in the scene
