Step-by-step
- Log into your account and click Start Writing on the left-hand side
- Select My Templates and click New Template
- Enter a name, description, and thumbnail for the template
- Insert recurring content components like logos, banners, or headings into the post editor
- Click the Style tab in the top right corner to open the preview and styling options
- Use the Basic tab for overall colors and typography or the Advanced tab for granular widget styling
- Click the Details tab to enter a default subject line and preview text
- Access the template later via My Templates and click the three dots to select Use Template
Options
- Start from a blank draft
- Choose from Quick Start templates
- Create a template with no content to only save styling settings
- Override default subject lines and preview text when using the template
- Edit, preview, duplicate, or delete templates from the library
Tips
- Insert sections and headers into the template if your newsletter always follows the same structure to save time later
- Use the Advanced tab to customize specific widgets like links, images, buttons, and footers
- Monitor the left-hand preview pane while styling to see autosaved changes in real-time
