Step-by-step

Open the AI Photo to Avatar plugin
Click on Create new avatar
Upload a portrait photo of the person you want to use
Describe the character's appearance and voice (optional)
Enter a script for the avatar to speak
Click Continue and confirm the credit cost
Select the generated image and click Continue
Review the video and click Download or Refine to make edits

Options

Select from preset character descriptions (e.g., Asian woman)
Upload an audio file instead of typing a script
Refine the character description or script to fix lip-sync issues

Watch out for

The script must be between 150 and 300 characters
Generating an avatar costs five credits
Lip-syncing may be delayed or out of sync with the audio

Tips

Use the Refine button to update character descriptions if the initial result isn't perfect
Check the final output carefully as the audio may be advanced by a few frames compared to the lip movement
