Go to the Create an Image section in Google Flow
Paste the character prompt and run it to generate the character images
Switch the mode from Image to Video
Select the Ingredients to Video option
Click the plus sign to upload the generated images of the characters
Paste the scene description prompt into the text field
Click the arrow key to generate the video

Create individual character images first before attempting to generate the full video scene
