- Navigate to the Deals section to view the Kanban board
- Go to the Settings page
- Select Pipeline settings

- Add custom stages by clicking the add step button
- Return to the Deals view to see the newly created pipeline and stages
Options
- Move deals between stages using the Kanban drag-and-drop view
- Switch between different pipelines using the dropdown menu
- Associate specific contacts with a new deal
Watch out for
- The 'Won' and 'Lost' stages are included by default in every pipeline
