After Effects: Image-to-image refinement with Diffusers

Demo summary
The user demonstrates the 'refine image' feature of the Diffusers plugin to transform a generated horse image into a zebra while maintaining the original composition.
Step-by-step
- Select the layer containing the image you want to transform
- Go to Effect > Deep Make AI > Render
- Open the Diffusers plugin menu
- Select Refine Image instead of Generate Image
- Adjust the Strength slider to determine how much of the original image to preserve
- Enter a new prompt describing the desired change
- Click to generate the refined image
Options
- Use your own uploaded images instead of AI-generated ones
- Adjust Seed, Iterations, Height, and Width settings
Watch out for
- You must keep the height and width settings the same as the original image when using your own uploads
Tips
- Set the strength to 0.5 if you want approximately 50% of the original image to stay the same
Highlights
“the image didn't change at all really the composition stayed the same and it just became a zebra pretty cool”
